Fenbendazole is widely used as an antiparasitic agent against various gastrointestinal parasites, such as pinworms, giardia, roundworms, hookworms, Taenia solium, and pulmonary paragonimiasis . The agent is used in several animal species, that is, dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, horses, sheep, and cattle.

Fenland oral paste comes from the house of Vekocare. It contains fenbendazole, a dewormer for all kinds of internal worms like tapeworms, hookworms, roundworms, whipworms, lungworms, and heartworms. It also takes care of small bowel diarrhea caused by Giardia spp. This deworming paste can be given to pregnant or lactating animals as well.

In pets, efficacy has been demonstrated against the nematodes and cystode – Aelurostrongylus abstrusus, Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Baylisascaris procyonis, Crenosoma vulpis, Eucoleus spp, Mesocestoides spp, taenia spp, trematodes – Heterobilhazia Americana.
